As we settle back into school life we have learnt about ourselves. What we can do if we have worries and how to have a healthy lifestyle.
We read the 'Big Bag or Worries' and decided what we can do if we are worried. We even created our own worry monsters using a range of materials.
Everyday we have taken part in an early morning run around the playground. At the start we struggled to finish one lap and now we are running a number of laps and can even sprint up the horrible hill at the end!
World at War
This term we have been learning about the world at war. Using pupil voice we have decided to learn about;
- What it takes to start a world war
- What life was like in the trenches,
- What soldiers would send home,
- How wars end,
- And lots more. Come and have a look at some of the things we have created
Interactive Timeline
Using Google Classroom we have created a timeline of World War I. We ordered the timeline and then created a slide for each date. We have been able to search for suitable pictures, change fonts and layouts and animated the slides so that we could present our information.
