Welcome to our Nursery class page. On here you will see lots of information about our class as well as pictures of things we have done and will be be doing.

Every day we will be having a healthy snack. We have a lot of choice from fruits and vegetables that we have grown in the school edible garden for £1.50 a week.

Our Topic this term is...

Summer Sensations

We will be learning about the seaside and the ocean including the animals that live there.

We will be reading lots of stories and singing lots of songs all about the summer.

Here are a few examples of the books and songs we will be looking at.

Our Topic this Term is

"ANIMAL MAGIC"

The children have used their pupil voice to make decisions about what they would like to learn. The decided that they would like to find out about animals from around the world.

We will be learning lots about animals from around the world, where they live and what types of food they eat.

We'll be reading lots of stories about animals and have a Zoo and Vet role play areas.

We have been busy learning all about monkey’s. Where they live in the world as well as what they eat.
We found out that they live far away in Africa and they eat lots of fruit.
We made banana splits and found where monkeys lived on a map of the world.

Dentist role play

We like to be healthy. We went to the Nursery Orchard and picked some pears. Later we made plum crumble. We also made and ate our own fresh fruit salads. Yum!
