Summer Term 2019
Me, Myself and I
For the Summer Term and the final term for Year 6 our context is called Me, myself and I. We will look at what makes a healthy lifestyle, through diet, how to keep fit and the effects of smoking and other substances have on the body.
After half term we will look at the body and how it works. The children have been busy planning what they would like to learn and we will share these activities with you as they happen. Along with camping and lots of other fun activities we want to make our final term as memorable as possible.
Techniquest
To start out new context, Techniquest visited to show off a number of different experiments about how out senses work
Camping Week
We have just returned from our tiring but amazing camping trip to Saundersfoot. We were lucky to have lovely weather (except on the final morning) and were able to visit Saundersfoot beach, Bluestone Swimming Pool, Heatherton World of Adventures as well as many other activities. Here are a few photos of our adventure.
