Welcome to Our Nursery 

General Information

Morning Nursery Starts at 08:55 and Finishes at 11:30. 

Afternoon Nursery Starts at 12:30 and Finishes at 3pm.

Snack is £1.50 per week.

PE is on a Friday. If possible please could your child wear shoes that they can take on and off by themselves. Thank you. 

Our Topic this Term is

Twinkle, Twinkle.

During this term we will be learning about Space. This will involve exploring our Earth, moons, rockets and stars.  As well as our local environment, Autumn, Diwali, Anti-Bullying and Christmas. . 

We will be reading lots of stories. These are-

• Man on the Moon
• Where have you too been
• Owl Babies
• Guy Fawkes Storu
• Elmer 
• Laura's Star
• How to Catch a Star and many more. 

During this term the children will be learning how to become more independent in their learning and develop relationships will their peers. We will focus on sharing, turn taking and developing language skills. 

The children will make choices on their learning and have asked to learn more about:-

• Rockets and how to get to space
• Whe do astornauts were a a special suit? 
• Is there a man on the moon? 
• Why can't we see the sky from space? 

We will explore their ideas during this Term.

 

We have been enjoying exploring pumpkins.
